Non-Refundable Items or Services

All Art/Sculptures or services purchased from [Pierresantos.bigcartel.com / Pierre Indigo Santos] are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by [Pierre Indigo Santos]. This policy applies but is not limited to:

Sculptures- ‘Commissions’
Sculptures –‘for sale items’
Art-Works – ‘Posters’ Booklets’
Services - ‘Non commodity Transactions’
Time delays – Backlogs
Breakage- Client Fault
Loss – Client Fault
Clustomer expectations- inaccurate unfounded or otherwise

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exception to our No Refund Policy include:

Damaged Items: In the rare event where there is a case of an that is received defective or damaged, please report this [On the day of receipt] of the item.
